FRANCE: THE ISIS MASSACRE, AND THE ROOTS OF TERRORISM!

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is not the first in history. Prophet Mohammed had established an Islamic State in Medina, now Saudi Arabia, that lasted until 661 A.D. That historical Muslim lineage -mostly unknown outside the Muslim world- is what makes the ISIS so attractive to Muslim recruits around the world. The mantra “Everything happens for a reason” has evolved into the present “An eye for an eye” in Middle East since the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Former British prime minister Tony Blair, a cohort of the U.S. president George W. Bush, has admitted it candidly! What happens in Middle East now needs a new parable, and in my opinion it is: An ISIS insanity for the constant U.S. insane meddling in Middle East. More on this from the U.S. Congressman Ron Paul later.

The U.S. 9-11, and the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan opened a Pandora’s Box across the Muslim world. A French Muslim lamented after the Paris massacre saying anonymously: “They (the Islamic State) did here what we (the West) do to them there!” (in Middle East). Chicago Tribune, Nov. 15, 2015) Let’s, therefore, count the U.S. wrongs in the Muslim world that make the ISIS look glorious to Muslim youths worldwide: 1) The U.S. overthrow of Mohammed Morsi hat was strongly condemned even by a U.S. ally: Turkish president Tayyip Erdogan! 2) The U.S. effort to hijack the Libyan Arab Spring with its mercenary Khalifa Hiftar. 3) The Egyptian and UAE air force as U.S. proxies bombing of Libyan nationalists to support Hiftar, and the U.S. touting of Hiftar’s group as “The Internationally Recognized Government! That has caused the Islamic State to move in, and it has established a 1100 ISIS force in Sirte. The Misrate Council decided not to move in and eliminate them as the ISIS troops will be their allies in a fight with the phony U.S. government – if it comes to a military clash. 4) The U.S. Naval blockade of Yemen to support its puppet president Monsour Hadi against the majority Houthi alliance. 5) The U.S. bombing of the Doctors Without Borders in hospital in Afghanistan, a bombing that continued for 35 minutes after the U.S. High Command was notified. 6) The U.S. bombing of Al Nusra and other anti-U.S. groups in Syria to free space for the U.S. mercenaries, and many more wrongs that there is no space to list them all here. The global Muslim admiration for the ISIS is the result of boiling anti-U.S. hatred in the Muslim world!

The U.S. rap sheet: Overthrowing governments it doesn’t like; hiring, funding, training and arming U.S. mercenaries to create U.S. puppet government that suppress the people in oder to protect the U.S. interests, and sanctioning states -along its allies- which refuse to yield to the U.S. domination. And it is not only Middle East today. The U.S. had installed military junta across Latin America and Africa after WWII that killed hundreds of thousands who resisted the U.S. stooge regimes. And the U.S. policy in both Middle East and Afghanistan is still today what George W. Bush declared in 2003 when he ordered Saddam Hussein to leave Iraq within 72 hours: “We are not negotiating!” [We give orders, and the bombing will start if you refuse to obey!] That U.S. affront to the Arabs stroke at the heart of the Arab psyche and fueled the Muslim desire for martyrdom, the highest valor for Muslims established in the Battle of the Ditch between Prophet Mohammed forces and the Meccan army.
Terrorism doesn’t grow in a vacuum. It needs causes to survive, and in Middle East the U.S. has provided many. And let’d not forget the parable: “The terrorist of one side is the hero of the other side, and vise versa!” Barack Obama said yesterday: “The terrorists are able to infiltrate the minds of the people and gain support from Muslims around the world!’ (PBS TV, Nov. 16, 2015) But U.S. congressman Ron Paul has a more candid opinion: The U.S. is responsible for terrorism with its actions around the world. And he provided the proof: “Switzerland doesn’t have a terrorism problem because they don’t bother anybody! Let’s retrace my earlier saying here. “Everything happen for a reason!” The U.S. has given the Muslims many reasons to become terrorists, but Switzerland hasn’t given them any!

Terrorism would cease to exist when the causes of terrorism are addressed. China has handled terrorism in Tibet and in the mostly Muslim populated province of Xinjiang Uigur with new railways, highways, and free public services of medicine, housing, pensions, etc., not with bombing. Bombing the poor Arabs for resisting the U.S. hegemony reminds us how the U.S. called the Viet Cong in Vietnam terrorists for rebelling against the U.S. invasion! Defenders of any country are not terrorists; they are the heroes! Anyone who accepts the U.S. premise that defenders are terrorists just read history up-sode down and think that the Spartan king Leonidas defense at Thermopylae against the Persian invasion as “a terrorist!

U.S. malcontent in the Arab and Muslim world, and Russian malcontent in Syria is the oxygen that feeds the ISIS. The U.S. and the Western media, as well as the mostly Saudi owned Arab media efforts to discredit the ISIS has fallen flat. The reason? “TERRORISM WILL EXIST UNTIL THE CAUSES OF TERRORISM ARE ADDRESSED AND ELIMINATED! Hogwashed headlines and bombing alone won’t do it. Terrorists can adapt much easier than governments can do. The CIA Director, John Brenan, admitted on public TV that “The ISIS has more plots (massacres) in the pipeline!”

Of course. There is a much more worse massacre going on in Syria now, with he U.S., France and Russia bombing incessantly North Syria. Hundreds if not thousands of civilians die in those raids with nowhere to go. Former U.S. Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, admitted on BBC on November 17, 2015: “Every time you drop a bomb on ISIS you kill innocent civilians in the ground, and that create the next generation of hostile youths ready to join terrorists!” I agree. In an e-mail I sent to president Obama, I argued that the big powers should assemble a combined force on the ground to clean up the ISIS, not create a holocaust for hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians in order to achieve a scot-free victory! Raining death from the sky is as inhuman as the ISIS massacre in Paris! And please, don’t lie to the world “We are hitting ISIS targets!” If you were hitting targets in about 20.000 bombing raids so far, the ISIS would have vanished long time ago!

Aristotle said: “There is no justice in the claim of a few to rule on the ground of their greater wealth and power!” That is the root of terrorism!
